When will my order arrive?

Once an order has been placed, it will be shipped within 3 business days through USPS. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped.

How can I see the exact pair I will receive?

Each and every piece of jewelry is handmade and carefully crafted to have a visual balance. While each piece follows the same style, design, and size, the actual configuration of marbles may differ from the photograph due to the nature of being handmade. If you would like to receive a photograph of the exact pair you will receive, please email gaga.glassart@gmail.com. I cannot guarantee the pair will still be available by the time I respond, but I will do my best to get back to you in a timely manner.

What if my jewelry breaks?

Please remember, this is handmade glass jewelry and it is fragile. Please handle with care. In the event your jewelry breaks, please notify me by emailing au.glassart@gmail.com. I offer a one year warranty on all jewelry. In the event it breaks within one year of purchasing, I will fix it for free (shipping not included). After one year, repair cost is dependent on the damage.

How do I keep my jewelry clean?

I suggest gently washing jewelry with warm water and a non-abrasive soap. I use a polishing cloth to polish the sterling silver.

Do you accept commissions?

I accept commissions based on my schedule and the project in mind. I am an independent artist and appreciate requests, however, I do not always have the time to juggle commission work. You can reach out by email gaga.glassart@gmail.com. Please keep in mind, commissions take at least one month to complete.

How is the jewelry made?

Each individual marble is made through flameworking borosilicate glass. Color jewelry is more expensive due to the cost of color and the extra time it takes to create each marble. After all of the marbles are made, they go into a kiln and through an annealing cycle to cool down slowly to ensure they are safe to wear. Then, they are adhered one by one with a glass epoxy called HXTAL, which takes one whole week to cure. Once the glass connections cure, the sterling silver is applied and HXTAL’d into the glass. Each piece is cleaned and polished before it’s shipped.
